RV Buying: How to Select Your Perfect RV
Buy the right RV the first time. Crucial mistakes to avoid when purchasing an RV. Learn the questions you didn't know to ask.
Meet The Stromads, Robb Strobridge, and Maureen Wright! Imagine leaving corporate America behind for the life of a nomadic entrepreneur.
Twenty years ago, Robb and Maureen chose this lifestyle even though it seemed reckless and insane to some. This power couple saw the promise and freedom of creating their own business as the fuel to fill their wanderlust, desire for adventure, and romance. They have logged over a million miles in 49 states and Canada, entertaining thousands with their mobile business, Fast Action Motorsports Entertainment. Although traveling over 200 days a year, they maintained a somewhat conventional life and home in the suburbs.
That changed in 2016 when Robb and Maureen, The Stromads, sold their house, packed their truck, and headed out to live their dream. Hotel living and dining out was fun but exhausting as well as expensive. They knew transitioning to RV Living would sustain their dream of nomadic living and working on the road. In 2017, they purchased their first RV, a 52-foot race car hauler with living quarters.
They lived in only 22 feet of this impressive-looking rig, the rest was for the business, and it was booming. The Stromads lived primarily on fairgrounds while working. The unit being so long made traveling and exploring tricky. The Big Gurl served its purpose for the business, but Robb and Maureen had their eyes set on their dream unit, Renegade Super C! The stars aligned. In 2018,
The Stromads purchased a new Renegade Verona which they love. The rest is history. In addition to being featured in magazines and podcasts, , they share information about entrepreneurship, road life, and how to sustain your perfect RV Life on their website,
The Stromads. On their YouTube Channel, learn about their love of tequila and full-timing. The Stromads are fun-loving and always have a hilarious tale to tell! Be sure to follow them as they travel, exploring Life, Love, and All Things Good. Say hi when you see them out and about.
RV Kitchen Cooking
Hi, I am Kirsten A. Womack. I am the hustle behind the muscle at Move With Mack. I am super excited to share our travel adventures with you.
Cooking, moving our bodies and having fun all across the USA. We have been on the road fulltime for 2 years. I spent several years battling health issues due to thyroid disease and fibroid tumors. In 2010, I was diagnosed with Graves’ disease and in 2011, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and underwent a thyroidectomy.
In 2012, I underwent a full hysterectomy. I know what it is like to struggle with weight loss and gain due to health issues.
After losing one brother to cancer and two brothers to heart disease, my father to Alzheimer’s disease, and my mother to heart disease, I discovered my God-given purpose: to educate others about how a positive mindset, healthy eating, and fitness are a form of illness prevention. In 2016,
I joined forces with my hubby to bring a full spectrum of fitness training and healthy living education to Move with Mack. In 2020 we added our midlife travel adventures to the mix.
My credentials include: – Master Certified Health Coach – Certificate in Lifestyle and Weight Management – Certificate in Nutrition, Health and Lifestyle Issues – B.S. in Human Resource Management

Surviving and Thriving as a full-time solo female RVer

Dawn Campbell has one of the most robust personalities of anyone you will ever meet.  She was on the move, climbing the corporate ladder when the pandemic  changed everything.  As a way to visit her family with her two senior rescue dogs, she bought a motorhome to travel between Florida and Pennsylvania.  After a short while, she fell in love with the road and the adventures that came with it.  Now, she inspires others with her epic cross country road-trip.  As a solo female traveler, she doesn’t let anything get in her way from experiencing everything the road has to offer.  She now owns her own consulting business, giving her the freedom to work from anywhere.

The Freedom of Boondocking
Dave and Jacqueline Hudson are a husband/wife team who travel throughout the US, Canada and Mexico as full time RVers. Living in their 30 foot fifth wheel they document their travels through their YouTube channel - The Border Hookups Go RVing. In addition, they are an acoustic music duo - The Border Hookups, who play shows across the US. Making money on the road consists of their health coaching business, music and shooting their YouTube channel.
Traveling with TeenagersSometimes, no matter how hard you fight it, the calling of the open road wins the war.  That is the case with Travis and Yanai, as they and their mixed-families finally listened to the calling and hit the road, after their careers in the aviation industry. As their jobs were keeping them too busy to be able to travel and enjoy the road and sights with their children, they were able to fit in a few small adventures and trips, but not being regular RVers anymore, the task of getting it ready, setup, packed and loaded was just too much, so they opted for hotel travel.  But, without fail, on every trip, someone would bring up the RV road trip they experienced when their family relocated from Florida to Texas. The Dream on Wheelz story is a fantastic one about perseverance, family unity, and values and they are excited to share their journey.

Working and Traveling as a Remote Nurse
I am a registered nurse. For the last 4 years, I worked as a traveling nurse venturing all across the country with my husband, 2 kids, and a dog in our RV. After being burned out from COVID, I left the bedside and transitioned to a work-from-home position doing telephone triage for a workman’s compensation insurance outfit. Now, instead of traveling every 3 months, we move about every 2-3 weeks, so we get to explore even MORE of the country. However, because I require a strong internet signal for work, we must be mindful of those internet signals wherever we choose to stay. I’ve been in this new position for the last 6 months, and it’s working out well so far.
